Orcas Christian School (*while employed at Lewis Architects)

Although being small the kitchen in the Orcas Christian School High School is very effective and can be used for teaching or it can provide meals to large groups. Due to space requirements and constantly expanding needs the kitchen design evolved during the production of construction documents. Every inch was used and tolerances between cooking equipment were incredibly tight.
