The dilapidated house sat on a prime corner lot in Eugene begging for attention. A year later it had a new front porch and second story reflecting the original bungalow. The original thin profile fir shiplap siding was restored to maintain the historic character.

Adams St. House
 
The Adams Street house was a reclamation project as much as it was a design problem. The 1906 house was rotten to the foundation which required jacking the house three feet in the air to build a new foundation. We took advantage of this and added a second floor, more than doubling the square footage.
